• Bachelor's degree preferred; 8+ years in the IC with 3+ years of BD experience.
• Experience in the CNO market space required.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and teammates; develop strategy, pipeline and pursue opportunities.
• Grow Invictus' presence in CNO, VR, Reverse Engineering, Exploit Development, AI/ML, CND, RMF, and Cross Domain Solutions.
• Develop and grow opportunity pipeline through timely identification and qualification.
• Build strong relationships with senior-level officials and IC stakeholders.
• Lead gate reviews, capture activities, color team reviews, pricing and business case development.
• Collaborate with Cyber LoB operations to maintain pipeline.
• Represent the team at Invictus business development meetings.
