Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in the intelligence community with at least 3 years in business development.
• Experience in the CNO market space is required.
• Ability to engage with senior officials and stakeholders across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Cyber Line of Business to develop strategy, pipeline and pursuit of opportunities.
• Identify and grow Invictus' presence in CNO focused markets and related domains.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with senior-level officials and IC program stakeholders.
• Lead gate reviews, capture activities, pricing and business case development.
• Collaborate with Cyber LoB operations to maintain a robust opportunity pipeline.
