Job summary

Invictus International Consulting, LLC in Alexandria, VA, is seeking a Business Development Director — Cyber to lead customer engagement, strategy development and pursuit of opportunities in the national security space. You will grow Invictus’ presence in CNO markets, manage a multi-billion pipeline, and coordinate with senior IC officials and program stakeholders.

US citizenship and TS/SCI clearance with poly are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum of eight years of experience in the intelligence community, with at least three years directly conducting business development.
• Previous experience in the CNO market space required.
• Comfortable speaking within customer spaces and interacting with personnel on all levels.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships as the 'go to' partner for difficult problems within customer spaces.
• The ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into solution elements.
• Understanding of the competitive landscape and ability to "Blackhat" competitors.
• Extensive knowledge of government contracting, acquisition trends, and customer buying behaviors.
• The ability to manage a qualified pipeline of more than $1 billion.

• Lead gate reviews, capture activities, pricing, and business case development.
• Collaborate with Cyber LoB operations to maintain opportunity pipeline.
• Represent the team at Invictus business development meetings.

• Working with the Cyber Line of Business (LoB), responsible for customer/teammate engagement, and strategy development, pipeline development and pursuit of opportunities

• Develop and grow the opportunity pipeline through timely identification and qualification of new business opportunities


• Identify, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships with senior-level officials and IC program stakeholders


• Identify key growth areas and develop new business aligned with corporate strategy


• Lead and participate in gate reviews, capture activities, proposal color team reviews, pricing, and business case development


• Work with the Cyber LoB operations team to develop and maintain an opportunity pipeline


• Represent the team at Invictus business development meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in the intelligence community, with at least three (3) of those years directly conducting business development
