Job summary

You will partner with Service Sales, Account Teams, and DAT to shape opportunities, manage RFPs, de-risk delivery, and mentor architects while expanding reusable IP and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 8+ years of professional experience in technical solutions architecture or engineering.
• Expert-level industry certification, such as CCIE or an equivalent credential.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency across at least two major Cisco technology domains.
• Proven track record in managing complex, multi-architecture technical engagement lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative pre‑sales architecture by translating complex customer requirements into blueprints and journey maps.
• Partner with Service Sales, Account Teams, and DAT to identify and progress high-value lifecycle deals to close.
• Act as CX Lead Architect on RFP/RFI responses to articulate the value of Cisco technology and services.
• Conduct risk assessments, cost‑feasibility modeling, and mapping for delivery to ensure on-time, within-budget results.
• Engage with senior IT/OT decision-makers to communicate multi-technology architectures and lifecycle roadmaps.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent

8+ years of professional experience in technical solutions architecture or engineering

Expert-level industry certification such as CCIE

Proven track record in multi-architecture engagements
