Job summary

Partner with sales and delivery teams, own CX RFP/RFI engagements, map risks, and mentor architects while shaping reusable IP and future service offers in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 8+ years of professional experience in technical solutions architecture or engineering.
• Expert-level certification such as CCIE or equivalent.
• Demonstrated proficiency across at least two major Cisco technology domains.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-architecture engagement lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Architect multi-domain transformational solutions translating customer requirements into blueprints and frameworks.
• Hunt and accelerate lifecycle opportunities with sales and deal teams to close high-value deals with minimal friction.
• Lead CX RFP/RFI engagements articulating Cisco's business value.
• Bridge pre-sales solutioning to delivery, mapping risks and de-risking execution.
• Influence executive IT/OT decision-makers using industry expertise.
• Incubate emerging services and reusable IP while mentoring the technical community.
