Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands-on Specialist with Google Cloud GECX experience to design and implement modern GECX solutions for clients. You will support delivery, work directly with clients, and collaborate with senior architects to drive end-to-end project execution.

You will stay current on industry trends, invest in growth areas like AI-enabled agents, CCaaS, and cloud integrations, and contribute to multi-country delivery programs with on/offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology transformation, with a focus on Conversational AI, CCaaS or cloud-based contact center solutions.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Contact Center technologies and industry best practices, including AI Agent building, CCaaS strategy, migration and implementation on a variety of platforms such as AWS, Google, Genesys, Avaya, NICE etc.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in aligning technology capabilities with contact center benchmarks, quality metrics, agent scorecard etc.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy end-to-end delivery of large-scale service technology solutions for customer channels.
• Architects and recommends how GECX products fit client environments.
• Designs and engineers enterprise AI agents with lifecycle observability.
• Designs and implements GECX CCaaS in client environments.
• Collaborates with partners to design and deliver service-focused solutions.
• Plans and estimates work using Agile, focusing on milestones, resources, scope and risk.
• Manages on-shore and off-shore project teams through the lifecycle.
• Gathers requirements and transforms them into epics and stories.
