Agilent Technologies is seeking a CX Intelligence Analyst to transform customer feedback, operational data and business information into actionable insights that drive customer-centric action. You will support CX measurement, reporting, dashboarding, and analytics across multiple data sources.

The role partners with stakeholders to connect customer perceptions with operational performance and business outcomes, including Qualtrics and other CX programs, with opportunities for remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in customer insights, BI, analytics, or CX.
• Experience designing survey research, sampling, data QC/bias, predictive modeling.
• Experience using Qualtrics for reporting and dashboards.
• Translate complex questions into actionable analytics and recommendations.
• Experience with survey, CRM, ERP, operational data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of VoC and CX programs.

Responsabilités

• Serve as SME for CX measurement, analytics and insight generation.
• Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions.
• Develop frameworks linking customer perceptions to business outcomes.
• Lead Qualtrics reporting, dashboards and CX analytics.
• Coordinate ACX and other CX programs with IT and Digital Channel.
• Translate business questions into analytics and recommendations.
• Support strategic planning with customer intelligence and data-driven recommendations.
