Job summary

Aretum is seeking a CX Qualtrics Analyst to research stakeholder needs and translate insights into improvements for products and services. This role supports a federal contracting environment with required compliance and data handling practices.

You'll design surveys, analyze results, and communicate findings to leadership, helping guide strategic CX initiatives and customer experience enhancements.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree and 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with CX research, surveys, and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with government contracting and CUI safeguarding requirements.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and surveys to identify needs and opportunities.
• Develop customer journey maps and experience assessments to pinpoint pain points.
• Analyze CX data to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Coordinate with CB CX Federal Lead on survey requests and management.
• Create clear findings and presentations to inform leadership decisions.
