Job summary

Abel Womack is seeking a CX Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that enhance the customer experience. The role supports Customer Experience, Professional Services, and Managed Services with data collection, validation, and reporting.

You will develop standardized reporting processes and collaborate across teams to optimize workflows and scalable tools, including dashboards and templates, while traveling to customer sites in New England and NY as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong Excel proficiency (formulas, sorting, pivot tables).
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Detail-oriented with focus on data accuracy.
• Customer-centric mindset and strong communication.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel to New England and NY.

Responsibilities

• Gather data from multiple internal systems for reporting and analysis.
• Clean, organize, validate, and consolidate operational data.
• Perform routine data uploads and SQL-based data processing.
• Maintain datasets for reporting and insights.
• Identify data inconsistencies and partner with teams to resolve them.
• Develop standardized workflows for recurring analytical activities.
• Support templates, dashboards, and scalable processes as programs grow.
• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.
