Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an accomplished Sales Leader for the central US to drive the CXE business (Amazon Connect) with deep expertise in Contact Center as a Service and generative AI.

The candidate will build a market strategy, recruit and develop a high-performing sales team, cultivate lighthouse customers, and shape partnerships to accelerate revenue and long-term growth for AWS productivity applications and related services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or BS degree is required.
• 8+ years in sales/sales management in infrastructure or cloud tech with leadership of teams.
• Leadership in a customer-facing CX/VDI role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic workloads to deepen customer and partner relationships.
• Develop a high-performing sales team and scalable field mechanisms.
• Incubate new AWS Productivity Applications services and scale existing ones.
• Provide domain expertise to the field and deliver repeatable, packaged solutions.
• Act as voice of the customer to influence product teams and analyze market insights.
• Set clear team goals, quotas, and ensure pipeline hygiene to meet targets.
