Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an accomplished Sales Leader to drive the CXE business (Amazon Connect) for the central US. You will build a strategy focused on outcome-based selling, win new customer segments, and grow existing ones, while developing lighthouse customers and strategic partnerships.

The role requires leading a high-performing sales team, incubating new AWS Productivity Applications, and aligning with product teams to influence roadmap based on field feedback.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of sales/sales management in infrastructure or cloud tech with leadership of teams.
Leadership in a customer-facing CX/VDI technology role.

Responsibilities

Drive strategic workloads to deepen business and technical relationships with customers and partners.
Develop a high-performing sales team and enable the field to identify long-term opportunities.
Lead incubation of new AWS Productivity Applications services and scale existing AWS services; provide domain expertise to the field.
