Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks an accomplished Sales Leader to run the CXE business (Amazon Connect) for the central US. You will build lasting relationships with large enterprises and define a strategy focused on outcome-based selling and expanding customer segments for long-term growth.

As a senior leader, you will guide a cross-functional team, drive strategic workloads, and work with ecosystem partners to secure lighthouse customers and accelerate revenue for AWS productivity applications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of sales/sales management in infrastructure or cloud technology leading a direct or indirect account team.
Leadership experience in a customer-facing CX/VDI technology role.

Responsibilities

Drive strategic workloads to deepen business and technical relationships with customers and partners.
Develop a high-performing sales team and enable field organization to identify long-term opportunities.
Incubate new AWS Productivity Applications services and scale existing AWS services.
Provide domain expertise to the field and influence product teams based on customer feedback and market trends.
Plan and allocate resources to meet goals and quotas.
