Job summary

Zoom is seeking a CX Channel Sales Specialist to drive a CX/CCaaS partner ecosystem, onboard and manage partners, and grow indirect revenue with the CX portfolio. This remote role supports the Zoom sales organization and leverages a hybrid work approach to expand Zoom's CX offerings.

You will recruit and train CX partners, build business plans, leverage existing contracts, and monitor pipelines to meet quotas while contributing to Zoom’s Total Direct Compensation philosophy including base

Qualifications

5+ years CX / Cloud (CCaaS) channel creation experience.
Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue targets.
Experience in onboarding and leading CX specialized partners.
Ability to develop, execute sales strategies for partner programs and enablement.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

Developing a CX channel partner regional strategy, including managing focus partners and recruiting new partners.
Build business plans with focus partners to drive CX adoption and revenue growth.
Collaborate with partners to leverage contracts for Zoom’s CX platform growth.
Deliver sales training and provide marketing support to partners.
Track sales pipeline, bookings against quota, and attainment.
