Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Partner Solutions Engineer with strong CX and contact center experience to help partners grow their Zoom practice and deliver modern, AI-first customer engagement solutions.

You will work with channel partners across North America to enable, position, and expand Zoom CX capabilities, serving as a trusted technical advisor who translates business needs into scalable solution designs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solution engineering or related CX/CCaaS roles
• Strong CX tech knowledge: contact center, analytics, AI
• Experience enabling channel partners and developing practice
• Ability to position CX within broader comms/AI platform conversations
• Understanding of AI trends shaping CX/CCaaS
• Experience executing partner enablement or growth plans
• Strong presentation and relationship skills
• Knowledge of sell-through channel models
• Experience architecting CX solutions is a plus
