Job summary

Serco is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead engineering and technical services for Navy Carrier overhaul and repair programs in Brementon, WA. The role oversees HM&E, propulsion, electrical, and aviation support, coordinating Ship's Force and contractors to ensure mission readiness.

A DoD Secret clearance is required; candidates should have senior engineering management experience, supervisory background, and ability to travel up to 25% CONUS/OCONUS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent with years of related experience.
• Active DoD security clearance required.
• Senior supervisory experience in naval systems maintenance or design.
• Experience with propulsion, electrical, and damage control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams providing technical guidance on HM&E, aviation, and related systems.
• Oversee inspections, analysis, and repairs for naval propulsion and auxiliary systems.
• Coordinate with Ship's Force and reactor department as needed.
• Develop training packages and formal work packages (FWPs/CWPs).
• Manage personnel for short- and long-term contract efforts.
