Job summary

Serco is seeking a dynamic Project Manager for the Naval Acquisition and Sustainment Operation (NASO) to oversee engineering and technical services for the overhaul and repair of equipment and systems on U.S. Navy aircraft carriers.

The role requires active DoD Secret clearance and will be based in Bremerton, WA, with travel as needed. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with Ship's Force and reactor departments, and ensure maintenance planning excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with significant engineering/technical management experience.
• Active DoD security clearance required or ability to obtain clearance.
• Experience supervising technical teams in naval or maritime environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and technical teams for maintenance, overhaul, and repair of HM&E and aviation systems on naval platforms.
• Coordinate inspections, analysis, and planning with Ship's Force and Reactor Department as needed.
• Develop and maintain formal work packages and maintenance plans in accordance with relevant manuals.
• Manage personnel to support short- and long-term contract efforts and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and training to Ship's Force and ensure compliance with CCAMM and CIP requirements.
