Job summary

You’ll build SOPs, governance, and operational controls while turning data into actionable insights through KPI dashboards and executive reporting. Strong budgeting and Cvent experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading event planning or operations within Financial Services or regulated industries.
• Experience building SOPs, governance frameworks and controls for quality and compliance.
• Strong data-to-action skills with KPI dashboards and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and maintain complex workstreams with global reach.
• Develop SOPs, governance and operational controls for consistency.
• Turn data into insights through KPI tracking and executive dashboards.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost-saving initiatives with strong business judgment.
• Leverage Cvent and event tech to improve delivery and attendee experience.
