The ideal candidate will build skills toward independent account management, meet KPIs, and participate in training programs to enhance entry processing accuracy and client service.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, entry processes, and brokerage procedures.
• Ability to process customs entries and review shipment documentation accurately.
• Proficiency with CargoWise or similar systems.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Familiarity with customs documentation, classification, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process customs entries accurately and timely per client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Review and validate shipment documentation, including invoices and packing lists.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and support operational workflow efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with clients, CBP, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Transportation, and other teams to support shipment execution.
• Identify risks or processing errors and take corrective action as needed.
