• Process customs entries accurately and timely per client requirements and regulations.
• Review shipment documentation including invoices and packing lists for compliance.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and support operational workflow.
• Collaborate with internal teams and regulatory agencies to address challenges.
• Identify and escalate risks, discrepancies, or processing errors as needed.
• Support billing, file completion, and documentation requirements.
