Job summary

Mohawk Global is seeking a CHB Coordinator to support our customs brokerage team. You will process customs entries on assigned accounts, communicate with clients and CBP, and help maintain accurate documentation while learning to manage accounts independently under supervision.

You will build proficiency in entry processing, client communication, and regulatory compliance, aiming to meet KPIs and contribute to team success.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in customs brokerage, international trade, logistics, or a related field.
Familiarity with customs entry processes and U.S. regulations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Serve as a primary contact for assigned accounts with timely updates.
Build relationships with clients through professional communication and service.
Process customs entries accurately and timely per client requirements.
Review and validate shipment documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
