Job summary

GEODIS in Philadelphia seeks a hands-on Team Lead to optimize logistics operations, drive team productivity, and ensure compliance with client SOPs across billing, customs, and post-entry activities.

You will supervise staff, coordinate training, monitor entry status, resolve receivable discrepancies, and report needs to management. This role offers growth, benefits, and opportunities within a global 3PL.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Brokerage license preferred.
• Ability to supervise and/or direct the work of others.
• Ability to apply basic calculations related to quantities of product picked.

Responsibilities

• Maximizes team productivity by ensuring team is reaching max file count and evaluates ETA of shipments.
• Leads team per client SOPs and handles client requests and post-entry audits.
• Monitors Customs exams to prevent mis-deliveries and ensures proper handling.
• Audits entries before submission to Customs and monitors billing to identify errors.
• Assists with payables/receivables and resolves accounting discrepancies promptly.
• Ensures staff attendance and completes required training courses.
