The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Training Specialist to help customers smoothly convert to our software platform. You will travel extensively to install and configure the system, train dealership personnel, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.

Training lasts 2–3 months with mentorship and hands-on practice. Strong communication skills, a reliable vehicle, home internet, and willingness to travel are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites (approx. 80%) to install and convert software for dealerships.
• Provide training to dealership personnel on Reynolds and Reynolds solutions.
• Support current customers from home office when not traveling and conduct follow-ups.
• Collaborate with customers and dealership management to tailor the system to needs.
