Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.

Responsibilities include providing order status information, handling calls and walk-ins, processing orders, maintaining accounts, and assisting management with administrative tasks. The role supports a broad benefits package and offers an hourly pay range of $21.00–$22.50.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Technically savvy with ability to navigate new software and telephony systems.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple requests.
• Service oriented with ability to resolve customer grievances.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate information on order status and product knowledge requests.
• Handle all client interactions, including inbound/outbound calls, electronic requests, and walk-ins.
• Process customer orders and changes according to department policies.
• Process Brady Sales Representative phone in orders and act as point of contact for open orders.
• Maintain various accounts and review open orders.
• Pull MSDS and copy as required for customers.
• Research customer problems and follow through to resolution.
• Provide admin support for management including report generation and data processing.
• Greet guests and direct phone calls.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
