Job summary

Imperial Brady is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Columbus, GA. The role involves interacting with customers and sales reps via phone and email, processing orders, and providing information in response to inquiries.

Duties include data entry and entering orders into our software system, with a Monday–Friday on-site schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. You will enter and process orders accurately, verify data, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data entry experience are expected.
• Excellent communication skills and a helpful attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a polite, professional manner.
• Enter orders accurately into the computer system.
• Contact Sales Reps to clarify order requests.
• Review order history to resolve ambiguities.
• Verify data by cross-checking with source documents.
• Generate Order Acknowledgments and monitor processing issues.
• Distribute requests to appropriate departments and meet accuracy standards.
