Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to bolster the sales team through proactive customer outreach, order processing, and relationship building. You will help identify sales opportunities, manage customer communications, and ensure top-notch white-glove service across core and new customers.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Customer Service, Sales Support, or Inside Sales experience.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team and key customers (orders, quotes, reports).
• Manage customer inventory and back-order notes as needed.
• Serve as liaison between Sales and internal departments; support eCommerce and Live Chat as applicable.
• Support upselling and cross-selling activities and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Attend customer meetings or ride-alongs as needed; act as ERP and CRM super user.
