Imperial Brady is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist in California to deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns. You will handle calls, walk-ins, and electronic requests, processing orders and changes in line with policy, while supporting management with reporting and data tasks.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Technically savvy with the ability to navigate new computer programs and internet-based software.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Service oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
• Bi-lingual is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provides timely and accurate information to customer order status and product knowledge requests.
• Handle all client interaction, including inbound and outbound calls, electronic requests, and face-to-face interactions.
• Processes customer orders and changes according to department policies and procedures.
• Maintains accounts and reviews open orders; acts as point of contact for open orders.
• Pulls MSDS and copies as required for customers.
• Researches customer problems and follows through to resolution.
• Provides admin support for management including report generation, data processing, and filing.
• Greets guests and directs phone calls to appropriate lines.
• Performs filing and other tasks as assigned.
