Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides timely and accurate information on order status and product knowledge.
• Handle all client interaction via inbound/outbound calls, electronic requests, and in-person visits.
• Process customer orders and changes according to policies.
• Maintain accounts and review open orders.
• Research customer problems and follow through to resolution.
• Provide admin support for management, including report generation and data processing.
• Greet guests and direct phone calls to the appropriate lines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
