Imperial Brady in Lithia Springs, GA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to interact with customers and sales reps via phone and email, process orders, and provide information in response to inquiries. You will enter orders into our software system and verify accuracy, ensuring timely placement and order tracking.

Responsabilités

• Answer phones in a polite, professional, and courteous manner.
• Enter order information into computer accurately.
• Contact Sales Reps to clarify order requests.
• Review previous order history to clarify ambiguity of order requests.
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
• Perform quality control and notify appropriate party if an order issue arises.
• Generate Order Acknowledgments.
• Address potential problems in processing.
• Redistribute requests to different departments.
• Develop understanding of Imperial Brady products and commonly used acronyms.
• Meet production and accuracy standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
