Job summary

KYB Americas Corporation in Greenwood, IN is seeking a Customer Support Representative to grow sales by supporting customers, the sales team, and consumers through accurate order entry, returns, credits and product inquiries. This full-time role requires 4–6 years of customer service experience and a Bachelor’s degree or related field; AS400/EDI experience is a plus.

Office-based with occasional DC visits; Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–6:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
• 4–6 years of relevant customer service experience.
• Experience with AS400 or EDI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer, sales team, and consumer inquiries about orders, products, warranties, and claims.
• Enter incoming orders and manage processing for timely fulfillment.
• Research claims, issue RGAs, credits, and debits as needed.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing and Sales to meet customer requirements.
