Job summary

Code Red Safety is seeking a customer service and sales support specialist in Indiana to maintain product knowledge and promote exceptional service. You will assist Sales Reps, answer calls, process orders, handle POs and RMAs, and coordinate shipping and delivery with vendors and customers.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in an office setting, a high school diploma or GED (AA or BS preferred), and proven communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and upsell products.

• Answers Customer Phone Calls.
• Processes Sales Orders.
• PO Requests.
• RMA’s (Return Merchandise Authorizations).
• UPS World-ship coordination.
• Follows Up on Customer Orders.
• Ensures Product is Ordered, Shipped and Delivered.
• Resolves Customer Problems.
• Internet Sales Processing.
• Research with Vendors to Find Non-Stock Products.
• Contact Customer to Process Sales Orders.
• Administrative/Accounting as required.
