Job summary

Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative in Orlando, FL. You will handle order processing, data entry, and customer inquiries via phone, fax, or email, using the CRM Axapta system.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely responses, and collaboration with production to meet customer expectations. You will communicate effectively, manage multiple tasks, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred and 1-2-years of proven experience as a customer service representative required.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer service calls within the first three rings.
• Receives, processes, and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the company's internal CRM/Axapta mainframe system and customer purchase orders.
• Data entry and order changes, maintaining files and communicating changes to departments.
• Assist in proofreading entered orders and ensure correct codes before final confirmation.
• Collaborate with scheduling/production to ensure orders meet customer expectations.
• Handle or refer complaints of product or service failure for investigation.
• Conduct follow-up calls within 3 hours for concerns or questions.
• Prepare price quotations and quotes for items not in price book.
• Coordinate with other locations to resolve problems and improve service offerings.
