Job summary

Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers by phone, fax, or email, ensuring accurate orders and timely responses. You will use the CRM/AXAPTA system, assist with quotes, and coordinate with production to meet customer expectations.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of related experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a detail-oriented approach. Benefits begin on day one, with a robust package including health options and 401(k)

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 0–2 years related glass/aluminum work experience preferred.
• Proven work experience in customer service.
• Proven professional office setting experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area and volume.
• Basic algebra and geometry understanding.
• Prior data entry experience.
• Manufacturing background preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, be efficient and accurate.
• Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Strong listening and data collection with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service via telephone, fax, or email and verify order information.
• Initiate corrective actions to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Identify potential sales leads and assist in market planning with team.
• Answer calls within three rings and process orders in the CRM/AXAPTA system.
• Verify accuracy of orders and maintain customer information; communicate changes to departments.
• Proofread orders and ensure correct codes before final confirmation.
• Collaborate with scheduling/production to meet customer expectations.
• Handle or refer product/service complaints for investigation.
• Conduct follow-ups within 3 hours for customer concerns.
