You will assist via phone, email and live chat with product questions, orders and issue resolution, using empathy and problem solving to delight customers every day.

This is a full‑time role with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour, requiring strong communication and multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college coursework is a plus.
• Prior customer service experience is ideal, but training is provided.
