Job summary

Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative II in Kansas to provide frontline support, process orders, and answer technical questions about our glass and aluminum products. You will coordinate with production, assist with quotations, and ensure high levels of Platinum service.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, multi-tasking, and clear communication with customers and internal teams, with benefits starting day one and weekly pay opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of customer service or relevant experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with data entry and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer service calls within defined KPIs.
• Verify orders from customers in internal systems.
• Process new orders and change requests with accurate information.
• Assist in proofreading orders prior to confirmation.
• Coordinate with scheduling/production to meet customer expectations.
• Handle or route product/service complaints for investigation.
• Follow up with customers within 2 hours for concerns or questions.
• Prepare price quotations from the price book.
