Job summary

Trulite seeks a Customer Service Representative to provide telephone, email, and fax support, verify orders, and maintain accurate records. You will help generate sales leads, assist in price quotations, and collaborate with production to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 0--2-year related glass and aluminum work experience highly preferred.
• Proven work experience in customer service.
• Proven prior professional office setting experience required.
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, fractions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer service calls within the first three rings.
• Receives, processes, and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers using the CRM/Axapta system and purchase orders.
• Data entry and maintenance of order/customer information files.
• Initiates required action for response to customer service requests for order changes and notifies relevant departments.
• Collaborates with scheduling/production to ensure orders meet customer expectations.
