Job summary

Trulite is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to support customers by phone, fax, and internal systems. You will verify orders, process changes, and coordinate with production to meet customer expectations.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of customer service experience, MS Office skills, and strong communication. The role offers day-one benefits and weekly pay, with a 7am–4pm Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of customer service or relevant experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to multi-task, stay organized, and accurate.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer service calls within defined KPIs.
• Verify orders from customers using internal systems and POs.
• Process changes to orders and communicate updates to departments.
• Proofread orders for accuracy before confirmation.
• Collaborate with scheduling/production to meet expectations.
• Handle or refer complaints for investigation.
• Follow up with respondents within 2 hours.
• Prepare price quotations from the price book.
