Job summary

Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions in Olathe, KS is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to support customers by phone, fax, or central workflow systems, verify orders, and respond promptly to inquiries to uphold our Platinum service standards.

You will collaborate with scheduling/production, assist with price quotations, and address concerns, while maintaining accurate data entry and excellent communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of customer service or relevant experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong data entry and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer service calls within defined KPIs.
• Verify and process orders using internal systems and purchase orders.
• Initiate actions for new orders and changes; communicate updates to departments.
• Proofread orders and ensure accuracy before final confirmation.
• Collaborate with scheduling/production to meet customer expectations.
• Handle or escalate product/service complaints for investigation.
• Conduct follow-up calls to address customer concerns.
