Job summary

Pyramex Safety Products, based in Piperton, Tennessee, is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to support the Industrial Sales team. You will work closely with Territory Sales Managers, Sales Directors, and distributors to ensure timely order processing, accurate records, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include coordinating promotions, product launches, and customer training, while maintaining precise records and providing backup support during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, inside sales, or account coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems and phone systems preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to Territory Sales Managers and Sales Directors.
• Manage non-revenue-generating administrative tasks to allow the sales team to focus on customer development and sales growth.
• Assist with customer follow-up, distributor communication, and sales-related requests.
• Coordinate sales promotions, product launches, and customer training activities.
• Maintain customer records, notes, and activity tracking within company systems.
• Cross reference competitor products.
• Assist sales team with sales trips and tradeshow preparation and follow up.
