Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• CSR I: 0–2 years; CSR II: 2–5 years; CSR III: 5+ years (or equivalent).
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, packaging, or related B2B preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and confirm customer orders accurately on the day received.
• Generate standard quotes within 24–48 hours with guidance.
• Respond to customer calls and emails promptly; route non-routine requests.
• Maintain customer records and update digital filing system daily.
• Support pricing, specification, and inventory processes; escalate issues.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Design, Manufacturing and Shipping.
