Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support growth
• Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
• Communicate production updates, delays, or changes
• Provide pricing information as needed
• Escalate issues and involve relevant departments
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers
• Document customer changes and coordinate updates
• Manage day-to-day activities for assigned accounts
• Process and verify purchase orders for accuracy
• Monitor production status for fulfillment and logistics
• Maintain CRM and ERP records
• Run daily reports to track order status
• Handle customer inquiries via shared inboxes
• Account maintenance including customer portals
