Responsibilities

• Processes requests for customer orders, quotations, follow-ups, and returns/credits according to company policies.
• Serves as primary contact for customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, or other approved channels.
• Coordinates with sales, fabrication, credit, inventory control, warehouse, and other internal departments to meet customer requirements and ensure timely order execution.
• Investigates order entry, pricing, shipping, and billing discrepancies; determines corrective actions and coordinates solutions through to resolution.
• Utilizes enterprise systems and available resources to obtain product, pricing, availability, and application information to support customer needs.
• Represents the company professionally and communicates to meet customer expectations and service commitments.
• Identifies opportunities to increase sales through promotions and proactive customer support.
• Maintains accurate documentation of customer interactions and order activity within systems.
• Follows up with customers to provide status updates and ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Cultivates relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal partners for long-term service and account stability.
