Job summary

Gogo in Broomfield, CO is hiring a Customer Support Sales Specialist Special Missions. This role blends trusted customer service with sales and account management to grow revenue and improve retention across the customer journey.

You will collaborate with Regional Sales Managers, Activations, Revenue Operations, Accounting, and Customer Support to support onboarding, guide proposals, and manage quotes, contracts, and renewals while delivering a white-glove experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 4-6+ years in customer support, inside sales, account management, or related role.
• Experience using CRM systems to support customers and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers, OEMs, and dealers across the lifecycle.
• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat with high-quality service.
• Support quoting, proposals, contract processing, and account management with Regional Sales Managers.
