Job summary

Gogo is seeking a Customer Support Sales Specialist – Special Missions in Colorado to build lasting customer relationships while driving growth. You will support customers through onboarding, quoting, and activation, while identifying opportunities for upsell and renewals to improve revenue and retention.

The role involves coordinating with regional sales, activations, and revenue teams to optimize the customer journey and ensure exceptional service throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4–6+ years in customer support, inside sales, account management, or related role.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers, OEMs, and dealers.
• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Support quotes, proposals, and contract processing.
• Onboard customers from quote to service activation.
• Identify upsell and account expansion opportunities.
• Support renewals, retention, and risk mitigation.
• Generate and manage leads in CRM; run outbound campaigns.
