Job summary

Gogo in Broomfield, CO is seeking a Customer Program Manager to own the delivery of connectivity solutions and drive long-term customer satisfaction. You will manage programs from contract signature to implementation, coordinating Engineering, Sales, Product and Support teams.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in program management or customer success, strong communication skills, and experience handling multi-phase technical projects. This is a full-time role based on-site in Colorado.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of proven experience in program management, project management, or customer success.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-phased technical projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of customer programs from contract to implementation.
• Coordinate between customer and internal teams (Engineering, Sales, Product, Support).
• Track program status, milestones and KPIs; lead status meetings and reviews.
• Identify and mitigate risks; escalate critical issues to leadership.
• Build strategic relationships with customer stakeholders to ensure ongoing value.
