Job summary

Vortex Doors in Lenexa, KS is seeking a customer-focused coordinator to be the trusted voice customers count on and to keep technicians moving. You’ll respond to inquiries, evaluate issues, schedule services, and dispatch crews to sites.

This onsite role requires 1–3 years of customer service or admin experience, clear communication, and strong data entry. We offer hourly pay from $22 to $29, benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; AA/BA preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Clear, confident communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Accurate data entry with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email with friendly guidance.
• Evaluate issues, schedule services, and escalate complex items to management.
• Accurately document interactions, updates, and resolutions in our CRM.
• Dispatch vehicles and coordinate personnel based on location, urgency, and availability.
• Develop working knowledge of door systems to answer questions confidently.
