Job summary

Selinc is seeking an Account Representative to deliver world-class customer care and regional support. The role involves order entry, quotes, RMA processing, pricing/contract negotiation, and coordinating customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
• Associate degree or related business experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn product concepts.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
• Experience with ERP/CRM tools; technical sales background.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer care to internal and external customers.
• Support regional activities: order entry, quotes, RMA, pricing and contract negotiation.
• Communicate with customers and global account managers on deliverables.
• Use company policies to resolve standard in-region problems.
• Assist management with regional performance reporting.
• Own customer feedback tracking and drive satisfaction.
• Order office supplies, coordinate meetings, provide admin support.
