Job description

As a Account Representative a typical day might include the following:Providing world-class customer care to both internal and external customers.Engaging in regional customer support activities, including accurate entry of orders & quotes, RMA's, pricing negotiation, contract negotiation, customer visit support, and creation/maintenance of customer unique specifications.Communicating with customers and global account managers on deliverables and any additional customer service issues independently.Using judgment skills, prior experience, and company policies and procedures to resolve standard and in-region problems.Assist the management with reporting and monitoring of regional performance.Own customer feedback tracking and driving to customer satisfaction.Order office supplies, coordinate internal and customer meetings, and provide administrative/office support as needed.This job might be for you if you have:A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.An associate degree or related business experience. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.Strong computer skills.The ability to travel up to 15% of the time.The ability to learn concepts and technical details of products.Excellent writing, proofreading, documentation, and communication skills.The ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.The ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.Experience with ERP or CRM tools.Experience in a technical sales environment.LocationWhile Pullman, WA is the preferred location for this role, we are open to candidates based in any U.S. SEL office.
