• SAP experience required; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolves customer issues by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other teams.
• Recommends solutions for customer requests and coordinates end-to-end handling of the request.
• Keeps customers informed on issue status and clarifies their questions.
