Qualifications

• Comfort presenting to a CA-wide audience without a script.

• Proven track record of improving sales/marketing processes.

Responsibilities

• Coach junior reps through their first fast-moving negotiation
• Stand up email sequences that get opened, not buried
• Set and monitor KPIs tied to revenue, retention, and acquisition cost
• Carry the booth conversation past small talk into next steps
• Pitch, listen, adjust, and pitch again until the sales marketing deal lands
• Forecast demand and align marketing investment with sales objectives
