Job summary

QXO, North America’s largest distributor and installer of insulation and building products, seeks a friendly customer service associate to serve as the key contact for our local branch. You will provide order support and product information to customers, working closely with Sales, Production, and Delivery teams to ensure accurate processing of dealer orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide order support and product information to customers.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and deliver world-class service.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
• Process dealer orders and review system-generated acknowledgements.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
